Have you ever dreamed of going to outer space? Testing the outer limits of what's possible, going where few people have gone before? Well join us October 8th, for a very special event. Red Bull will be coming to the community in six days, to host a live viewing party of their Red Bull Stratos event. If you haven't heard about Red Bull Stratos, allow us to give you the lowdown on this exclusive one of a kind experience.

 

Here is what the folks over at Red Bull have to say about the event:

 

"Red Bull Stratos, a mission to the edge of space, will attempt to transcend human limits that have existed for 50 years. Supported by a team of experts Felix Baumgartner plans to ascend to 120,000 feet in a stratospheric balloon and make a freefall jump rushing toward earth at supersonic speeds before parachuting to the ground. His attempt to dare atmospheric limits holds the potential to provide valuable medical and scientific research data for future pioneers".



 

To put it simply, Felix Baumgartner, will be base jumping from a capsule in space, reentering earth's atmosphere, and landing somewhere near Roswell, New Mexico. If this sounds a little unbelievable...believe it. If it sounds a little bit crazy...We think so too. No matter what your thoughts may be, there is no doubt you will find this to be an awesome opprotunity to witness history!
